- Partially refundable reservations, changes or modifications are not allowed 48 hours before taking the service and in case of no-show, 100% of the plan is charged. Reservations can be modified and/or canceled within 48 hours.
- For 100% non-refundable reservations, cancellations or modifications are not allowed and advance payment must be made to guarantee the reservation.
